Now 37 years old and weighing an astounding lbs, both Jason and his wife understood how serious his condition was. More than just being fuel for his body, food had become a substitute for the things that Jason had lost: As someone who experienced the same issues, I know firsthand that leading a sedentary lifestyle leads to relying on food as a way to curb stress and depression.
But now that Jason had a second child on the way he knew that he had to change his eating habits once and for all. Jason looked through different diet systems until he finally found Nutrisystem, which promised results while still allowing him to enjoy his favorite foods. As someone who has tried over half-a-dozen different diets, I know how hard it is to stop eating what we like because diet food tastes…well, like diet food!
Now instead of eating more than 5, calories a day, he found himself reducing that amount to just 1, calories a day. Slowly but surely he started exercising again and, even though at the beginning he could barely walk, he started seeing improvements even before most of the weight came off.

When you found a cup with a smiley on the bottom, you could receive your next clue. In retrospect, I would add a few more marked cups.
The kids had to eat WAY too many cups to find the marked ones. They loved this challenge, though! Once that challenge was completed, the next clue led them to the door of our basement where posters with each contestants' names were printed.
Each girl at the party then had to write encouraging, kind words to each other party goer. I loved watching the girls effortlessly write sweet things to each other- and themselves. Despite what you see on tv, the weathermen are playing it up in some areas. They have been seen faking heavy winds and bad conditions.
However, there are some that are really getting pounded by this storm right now and my prayers are with them. Where I live, the winds are picking up and the rain just started coming down at 8: Here is the most recent forcast image of my area Charlotte. The swells were getting big and the wind was picking up and shaking the piers.
And here is what it looks like from my front door this morning. About Me Lisa "Hi! I'm just a simple blogger from North Carolina. Thank you for visiting my page!
