I've found it really helpful in keeping my protein levels up when I'm working out regularly - while still keeping calories down. Any vegetable juice that does not have a lot of added sugar, corn syrup, etc. In fact you may want to learn to juice or liquefy your own vegetables using a juicer or NutriBullet or Ninja.
I have used NutriBullet and am not using the Ninja, I like to have the pulp of the fruit or vegetables with my drink. Thanks for all the great info!
